Kelleway Mortgage Architects uses a team approach to underwriting all deals using a very structured format so that anyone in the office can obtain a quick synopsis of each deal's status. Glen Kelleway (the senior mortgage planner) employs full-time licensed staff. We guide our actions by "5Ps": producing, principled, professional, personable and proactive.
Our use of technology is geared to our clients' interests by achieving and maintaining a virtually-present and almost paperless office. Clients can choose to use technology such as a simple fax machine or a web meeting to communicate and send us documents.
A key to building our clients' wealth is using our wealth of knowledge to their advantage. Since 2002, Glen has arranged hundreds of millions of dollars of mortgage financing for clients. Many clients have started with him as first time home buyers and then continued coming back as seasoned home buyers and real estate investors. The team works with clients to develop a mortgage plan that not only starts clients with their first purchase but carries them through refinancing to their next home purchase, real estate investment or equity take-out. Glen can explain and implement how to make the mortgage interest of your principal residence tax deductible.
Prior to working in the mortgage industry, Glen worked in the information technology, construction, and resource industries. He holds a BSc from Simon Fraser University (SFU) and has completed the University of British Columbia (UBC) Real Estate Salesperson's and Mortgage Broker's licensing requirements. For Alberta, Glen completed the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) Associate Mortgage Broker licensing requirements. He is also a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia (MBABC) and an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) under the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP).
Kelleway Mortgage Architects is licensed to arrange mortgage throughout British Columbia and Alberta. And, through its Mortgage Architects, Inc., affiliates it can arrange mortgages in other parts of Canada.
